About the Conference
The SISO Annual WSHO Conference 2025 is the flagship event for Singapore’s workplace safety and health (WSH) community, bringing together WSH professionals, industry leaders, regulators, and solution providers for a full day of learning, dialogue, and networking.
With the theme “Leadership of Tomorrow – Innovate, Integrate, Inspire”, this year’s conference focuses on the evolving role of WSH leaders in a time of rapid technological change, sustainability demands, and operational complexity. Today’s safety professionals are expected to go beyond compliance, to lead with foresight, embrace innovation, and integrate safety into broader business goals.
This timely event addresses key challenges and emerging risks in modern workplaces, from the impact of digitalisation and automation to navigating ethical complexities, decarbonisation, and resilience planning. Through expert presentations, thought leadership, and practical insights, attendees will leave with strategies to strengthen their organisations’ safety culture and future-readiness.
One of the most anticipated highlights of the conference is the In-Conversation with the Commissioner — a candid and dynamic dialogue with the Commissioner for Workplace Safety and Health. This session offers attendees a rare opportunity to gain first-hand insights into national WSH priorities, policy directions, and challenges ahead. More importantly, it opens a channel for participants to pose questions and raise practical concerns, making it one of the most engaging and valued segments of the entire event.
Participants will also benefit from a thought-provoking Panel Discussion, where industry leaders will address real-world challenges and discuss forward-thinking solutions for today’s and tomorrow’s workplaces. If you're a WSH Officer, safety leader, engineer, manager, or professional committed to advancing workplace safety, this is the must-attend conference of the year.
